- GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR
- MICRO BYTE MAIL/PHONE LISTS
-
- WHAT IT DOES: With this program, you can create any number
- of named lists containing individual names and/or company
- names, addresses and phone numbers. These lists can then be
- used to print mailing labels or telephone lists. The program
- can be run from floppy disk or it can be transferred to hard
- disk. The lists can be sorted by any field (name, address,
- city, state, zip, telephone number), and can contain sublists
- designated by user defined codes. Label or list printouts
- can be done selectively in three ways:
- 1. By setting the primary sort field lower and upper
- limits.
- 2. By setting any additional field lower and upper limits.
- 3. By setting the sublist code.
-
- DEFAULT ENTRIES: Throughout this program, default entries
- (displayed at the cursor) can be accepted by pressing
- <RETURN>.
-
- HELP SCREENS: Additional help screens are provided within
- the functions listed on the main menu. Help can be called
- wherever the "?" option is shown on the prompt line.
